If your order is incorrect and not as you ordered it, please email us at sales@myrollerskateworld.com or call us immediately at 888-899-6128 so we may correct the error! If it was our mistake, we will fix it at no extra charge to you! You must contact us no later than 20 days after delivery.

EXCHANGES: Do you need to get a size larger? Smaller? Different skate? No problem! We do not charge a restocking fee! We'll try to make this as painless as possible:

All exchanges and returns must be in unused, original condition with original packaging.

RETURNS: Do you need to return your new, unused skates? That's fine!

The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. If your order originally included free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
