Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is our most important concern! WE DO NOT CHARGE A RESTOCKING FEE!!! But your skates cannot be used and MUST be in their original boxes and NO sign of wear. The skates must be returned no later than 1 month after purchase.

If your order is incorrect and not as you ordered it, please email us at sales@myrollerskateworld.com or call us immediately at 888-899-6128 so we may correct the error! If it was our mistake, we will fix it at no extra charge to you! You must contact us no later than 20 days after delivery.

You must email or call us for instructions BEFORE returning the skates. Your return can not be accepted without prior approval. Thank you for your cooperation.

RETURNS: Do you need to return your new, unused skates? That's fine!

Email us at sales@myrollerskateworld.com or call us toll free at 888-899-6128 for instructions. Do not ship anything back to us without letting us know. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Once we receive the item we will credit your card. WE DO NOT CHARGE A RESTOCKING FEE!!

All exchanges and returns must be in unused, original condition with original packaging.

Please note that custom ordered skates can not be returned. Custom skates are skates are skates that are listed under the sub heading,"Custom Ordered Skates". These skates will be found in other sections as well, but it will say in the description that it is a "custom ordered skate."

We are proud of our return and exchange policy. There are very few stores that do not charge a "restocking fee". We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Because you are ordering online and cannot personally try on the skates, you need to have the satisfaction that you can return a skate if it does not fit.
